  1. Entry Fee: All entries fees are listed with event being pulled.
  2. Farm Stock event must be Franklin County residents.
  3. The rules for these pulls are the rules of the Franlin County tractor Pullers Association and the Interstate Truck and Tractor Pullers. These Rules are available and should be obtained in advance to determine eligibility for the event.

  4. Any infraction of rules established by the committee constitutes a disqualification of
    the operator from further competition during this contest.
  5. Contest to be governed on all rules enforced by judges with all decisions final.
  6. Operator must be at least 14 years of age. Minor operators are required to furnish
    permission slips signed by parent or guardian.
  7. No mixing of classes.


Pulling Year 2009 Rules for Farm Stock:

  1. Stock tractors must have stock appearance--example: Ford must have Ford engine
    and orignal sheet metal intact.
  2. Tractors must use blocks installed by the factory - no exceptions.
  3. All tractors to run factory RPMs - no exceptions.
  4. Tractors must have PTO and all hydraulics in place.
  5. Maximum tire size is 18.4x38 for the 7,500 & 9,500lbs classes. Maximum tire size
    for the 12,500 class is 20.8x38.
  6. Weights:
    A. All weight frames and weights must be stationary and safely secured to the tractor.
    B. No weights may be located in a position which could hinder safe operation of
    the tractor.
    C. No weights on the tractor seat and/or deck.
  7. Hitch height is 20 inches off the ground. Hitch length must be at least 24 inches from
    center of axle to hook point. Drawbar must be rigid in all directions. Drawbar must be
    factory with no alterations. No cut drawbars allowed.
  8. All tractors must be equipped with working rear brakes.
  9. A maximum of 2500 lbs of add on weights allowed to be added to the tractor--inludes
    wheel weights and suitcase type weights.
  10. No weights farther rearward than the rear most part of the rear tires.
  11. Top of add on weights to be no more than 18" above the centerline of the tractor.
  12. Legal fuel are: Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, and LP/Propane. All forms of nitromethane and propylene oxide are not allowed.
  13. Decisions by track/teck officials are final concerning rules and safety items and operations of tractor while competing.
  14. All vehicles in 6500 Street Stock class must be street legal, no add on weights allowed.
